Flowers inspire me to think beyond the physical. They make me think of love and the fleeting moments of life. Life comes and goes, but memories of it remain, much like the existence of something beautiful but temporal.

A tree has been a symbol of life and rebirth, the anticipation for a new beginning and hope for a better future. This has served as a message of comfort for me during this time of uncertainty and isolation, and I was inspired to make a series of paintings that reflect that.

My art is a continuous creative search for a combination of raw authenticity and its beauty in the reality of everyday life. Landscapes allow for a broader interpretation of hidden narratives of the past; they are storytellers of the places I visited, was inspired by, and my impression of them upon the encounter.
