Creative Wellness Experiences for Individuals and Groups!
CWE for Private Groups!
These guided creative experiences are designed to create space for connection, self-expression, stress release, reflection, and renewal.
Through art-based activities, participants are invited to slow down, step away from everyday demands, reconnect with themselves and others, and explore new perspectives through creativity.
We work with lines, shapes, colors, abstract forms, metaphors, and mixed media. There is no specific image to copy, no pressure to be “artistic,” and no judgment. You don't need to be an artist or have any previous art experience. Simply follow the process, experiment, and create something uniquely your own.
Duration: 60 minutes to 2 hours
Format: Small-Group
Guided Every Step of the Way
Most importantly, no one is left wondering what to do next.
Throughout the experience, we guide participants step-by-step by demonstrating techniques, offering examples, asking thoughtful questions, providing creative suggestions, and actively engaging in the process.
We may draw to illustrate an idea, walk around the room to offer individual guidance, or introduce different ways to express a thought or feeling.
Whether someone feels completely comfortable with art or is picking up a brush for the first time, everyone receives the support they need to participate fully.
Our goal is to create an environment where people feel comfortable, supported, engaged, and free to explore.

More Than an Art Activity
We provide all materials, come to your location, and take care of setup and cleanup.
Everyone creates something unique that they can take with them and feel proud of. But the artwork is only part of the experience. What matters most is the process: slowing down, expressing, listening, communicating, connecting, and creating together. Because sometimes, creating something together opens the door to conversations, perspectives, and connections that don't happen in everyday life.
CWE for Individuals
Reconnect. Release. Create. Move Forward.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work and life?
Are you carrying stress, anger, emotional attachments, or unfinished feelings from the past?
Sometimes, we know we need to let go, but we don't know how.
My Creative Wellness Experiences offer a private, guided space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what you may be carrying through the language of art.
As an artist and creative facilitator, I use lines, shapes, colors, metaphors, symbols, and abstract forms to help you express and explore feelings that may be difficult to put into words.
Duration: 60 minutes
Format: Private Individual
Art becomes a different way of listening to yourself.
During our one-on-one sessions, I guide you step by step through a series of creative exercises and reflective questions. You do not need to be an artist or have any previous art experience. There is no right or wrong way to create.
Together, we explore what is present, what may be holding you back, and what you are ready to release.
You may come with:
-
Work-life stress or emotional overwhelm
-
Difficulty letting go of anger or resentment
-
Emotional attachments that no longer serve you
-
Unfinished feelings from a past relationship
-
Relationship or love-life struggles
-
A major life transition or period of change
-
A desire to reconnect with yourself and your creativity
-
The feeling that something inside you needs to be expressed
You never have to figure it all out alone.
I will be there to guide the creative process, ask thoughtful questions, offer prompts and suggestions, and help you reflect on what emerges.
This is not about creating a “beautiful” painting.
It is about creating a space where you can see, feel, express, and reconnect with yourself.
Through the creative process, you may discover new perspectives, release what you are ready to release, and create space for greater clarity, balance, and personal well-being.
Your story matters.
Your feelings matter.
And sometimes, art can help you hear what words cannot say.
NOTICE · EXPRESS · RELEASE · RECONNECT
My Creative Wellness Philosophy
We all carry stories. Some of them leave a mark.
Some are filled with joy, some with love, some with loss, disappointment, anger, change, or unfinished chapters. Over time, these experiences can leave marks on us, shaping how we feel, think, connect, and move through life.
I believe creativity gives us a different way to meet those experiences.
You don't always have to find the right words. Sometimes a line, a shape, a color, or an abstract form can express something that has been waiting to be seen.
Through the creative process, we create space to notice what we are carrying, express what is difficult to put into words, release what we may be ready to let go of, and reconnect with ourselves and what comes next.
This is the heart of my Creative Wellness approach.
As an artist and creative facilitator, I guide you through this process with art, thoughtful questions, creative prompts, and reflection. There is no right or wrong way to create, and no artistic experience is required.
Your experiences leave marks. Your creativity can give those marks a voice. And what you create can open space for something new.
This is not about creating perfect art.
It is about creating a moment to pause, feel, express, and reconnect.
