Welcome to VFA Creative Events, a division of Victoria's Fine Art ("VFA Creative Events," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this website, booking an event, registering for a workshop, purchasing a class, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Services

VFA Creative Events provides creative corporate events, team-building programs, employee wellness experiences, art workshops, educational classes, and related services designed to foster creativity, collaboration, connection, and well-being.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service, offering, pricing, or program at any time without prior notice.

2. Event Bookings

Corporate events, team-building programs, and private group experiences are considered confirmed only after:

• A written agreement or booking confirmation has been accepted.

• A non-refundable 50% Save-the-Date Deposit has been received.

Dates are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been paid.

3. Payment Terms

For corporate events, team-building programs, and private bookings:

• A non-refundable 50% Save-the-Date Deposit is required to reserve the event date.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date.

• VFA Creative Events reserves the right to cancel or postpone services if payment deadlines are not met.

4. Event Rescheduling

Clients may request one complimentary event reschedule provided the request is made at least ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled event date.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to administrative fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

All Save-the-Date Deposits are non-refundable.

If a client cancels a corporate event, team-building program, private workshop, or related service, previously paid deposits will not be refunded.

Additional cancellation terms may be outlined within individual service agreements.

6. Workshops & Art Classes

Registration fees for public workshops, classes, and creative experiences are non-refundable.

Participants who cannot attend may request a credit toward a future class or workshop if written notice is provided at least thirty (30) days before the scheduled event.

Credits are subject to availability and must be used within twelve (12) months.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before a scheduled class or workshop.

7. Participant Responsibility

Participation in workshops, classes, corporate events, and team-building activities is voluntary.

Participants are responsible for their own actions, health, safety, and personal belongings during any event or activity.

By participating, attendees acknowledge and accept any reasonable risks associated with creative, educational, and group activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, images, graphics, logos, videos, workshop materials, written content, educational resources, and program concepts, is the property of Victoria's Fine Art and VFA Creative Events and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

9. Photography & Media Usage

Photographs, videos, and visual content displayed on this website may include participants, clients, employees, workshop attendees, and corporate event guests who have granted permission for their images to be used by VFA Creative Events and Victoria's Fine Art for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

All photographs and media displayed on this website are used with the knowledge, consent, or authorization of the individuals and/or organizations involved.

The use, reproduction, copying, downloading, redistribution, publication, modification, or commercial use of any photographs, videos, or visual content from this website by third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from VFA Creative Events and, where applicable, the individuals or organizations depicted.

Unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright, privacy, publicity, and other applicable laws and may result in legal action.

VFA Creative Events reserves all rights relating to the use and protection of its photographic and visual content.

10. Proprietary Programs & Methodology

The programs, workshop formats, creative exercises, event concepts, educational materials, facilitation methods, written content, and experiential frameworks presented on this website have been developed by Victoria Isikman through more than fifteen (15) years of professional experience as an artist, educator, curator, and creative facilitator.

These proprietary programs and methodologies are the intellectual property of VFA Creative Events and Victoria's Fine Art.

No individual, organization, consultant, facilitator, coach, trainer, or business may copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, teach, republish, market, or commercially exploit any portion of these programs, concepts, workshop structures, materials, or methodologies without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use, imitation, reproduction, or commercial application of these materials may result in legal action and enforcement of intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation of the website or the rights of other users.

Unauthorized use of this website may result in restricted access and may violate applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability
