Program Formats

All programs are fully facilitated, in-person, and mobile. Sessions can be held onsite at company offices or offsite at conference venues, retreat locations, or other event spaces.

1. Quarterly Creative Wellbeing Series

4 sessions per year | 90–120 minutes each

Designed for organizations seeking a steady rhythm of renewal across the year

Each quarter focuses on a different dimension of individual and team wellbeing, allowing insights and connections to deepen over time

• Q1 – Individual Focus

Grounding, clarity, and personal reset. Releasing mental overload and restoring focus.

• Q4 – Integration & Reflection

2. Semi-Annual Deep-Dive Series

2 sessions per year | 2–3 hours each

Designed for teams that prefer depth over frequency.

Each session allows time for immersion, discussion, and integration, while still remaining accessible and engaging.

Sessions can be themed around leadership presence, navigating change, team resilience, or creative thinking under pressure.

3. Annual Signature Experience

1 primary off-site experience + 1 follow-up session

A flagship experience designed to set the tone for the year.

• Follow-Up Session (3–6 months later)
